5:00pm – 6:30pm (Please get there a little early so we can start promptly at 5:00!)
Rudramandir, 830 Bancroft Way, Berkeley
- Pre-Registration $5
- At the Door $10
Authentic World’s Decker Cunov will guide us in a few games that also happen to be foundational pieces for a relational meditative practice they call ‘Circling’.
Indispensable as individual practice is, people living busy 21st-Century secular lifestyles sometimes find it like pulling teeth to actually sit with ourselves for even an hour.
Something about practicing with another, done intentionally, can inspire each of us to continually deepen moment-by-moment.
We’ll connect with each other, and deepen using Decker’s remarkable approach to “intersubjective meditation,” deepening our We-Space for 90 minutes, just before our annual Christmas Party.
This will help break the ice and get us into an authentic and deep place with each other so we can just deepen all night long. And some of the folks in the Authentic SF Community will be coming along to mix it up with us for practice and for the party that will follow!
