From Me to WE, from Us to ALL OF US: Exploring sexuality and love relationships in an integral/evolutionary context

What is the “frothy edge” of romantic partnership? We invite the Integral community to uplevel the conversation on sexuality and love relationships just in time for Valentine’s day. We will take a deep dive into the sometimes shadowy territory and shine the light of Integral into often neglected spaces in our mutual dialogue. Integral Relationships vision keeper Martin Ucik, and WEpractice community co-founder Christina Sophie are our guides in this theoretical and experiential evening.

We will mix Integral Relationship theory with dyads, quads, and whole group exercises and discussion around the topic.

Christina Sophie is a coach, bodyworker, and co-founder of the WEpractice Community. Christina integrates a broad spectrum of philosophical inquiry, a strong grounding in yoga tradition, and the practical knowledge gained in 20 years of hands-on-the-body professional experience. Passionate about Awakening, Christina is an evangelist for living life as a transformative practice, and having a helluva good time while doing it. A student of Terry Patten and Dr. Rudolph Ballantine, she holds degrees in both Philosophy and Psychology, and advanced certifications in Somatics, Tantra, several bodywork modalities, as well as being an avid student/practitioner of Integral Theory and Permaculture. Martin Ucik is the author of Integral Relationships: A Manual for Men, which Ken Wilber calls “a terrific book”. Martin was married for 14 years and has four daughters. He studied with Eckhart Tolle as a Power of Now group facilitator, founded singles2couples.org, an Association for Healthy Relationships, and is trained and certified by Katherine Woodward Thomas as a Calling In “The One” Coach. He teaches Integral Relationships and coaches singles and couples worldwide.
