A remarkable confluence is opening up between the extraordinary visions and teachings of Integral and the Waking Down/Heart work of Saniel, Linda, and their colleagues. We’ll explore the distinctive Waking Down contribution of a post-hypermasculine (and post-mean green!) View of reality, realization, life, shadow and light, God and ego, and the transmission of ‘the Heart’ that serves this awakening and View. A tremendous evolutionary enlivenment of our growth and Unique Self-expression is possible when we combine this vibrant, organismic — whole-being, ‘enriched non-dual’ — awakening process with Integral understanding of tetra-arising, AQAL, and the crucial component of structure-stage evolutionary development in Integral Life Practice.

If all that sounds eye-rolling heady, don’t worry — this is going to be a very lively, juicy evening, experiential and interactive as well as presentational. It’ll take you out of your comfort zones a time or two and, hopefully, into a whole new sense of how you can be present with true strength. We deeply look forward to meeting and spending time with other members of the Bay Area Integral community!

Bios: Saniel Bonder and Linda Groves-Bonder are among today’s foremost pioneers in the field of embodied, mutual awakening of consciousness – or, as one of Saniel’s dozen book titles puts it, “Healing the Spirit/Matter Split.” They and their colleagues in the Waking Down in Mutuality work that Saniel founded in the early ’90s have helped hundreds of everyday people enter into permanent Self-realization and ongoing evolutionary unfoldment. In dialogues on Integral Naked, Ken Wilber has praised them as a unique married couple teaching together as full partners, and compared their work with that of Sri Aurobindo and his companion The Mother. Their total framework of teachings is called The WholeHEART Way^TM.

Linda has been a professional singer and songwriter whose vocal toning is legendary among her students and colleagues; Saniel plays flutes and golf. They are currently co-authoring their first book together, a landmark expression of their transmission and teachings with the working title,The Sun in Your Heart Is Rising: Twelve Proven Gateways to Your Unique Awakening, Evolution, and Destiny in Service to Life. Saniel is also working on The Seven Fundamentals of Honest Swing^TM Golf: A Mental Game Operating System for Your Best Performance, Enjoyment & Learning, On and Off the Course. Saniel and Linda live outside Sonoma, surrounded by horses, corrals, vineyards, rolling hillsides, and wildlife.

Saniel and Linda are founding members of Integral Institute and charter members of the Integral Spiritual Center.
